Hickory, NC(February 1, 2010) -- In 2009 Andy Mercer asserted himself as one of the best Late Model Stock Car drivers in the history of Hickory Motor Speedway, winning 14 races and ten in a row.
   As the page slowly turns to 2010, Mercer Racing is gearing up for another season of racing and this past week was able to secure funding for the 2010 season from Steele Rubber Products in Denver, North Carolina. Steele Rubber signed on as a sponsor in early 2009 and helped carry Mercer Racing and driver, Andy Mercer to their first track championship at historic, Hickory Motor Speedway.
   Steele Rubber will return with Mercer and his team this year as a primary sponsor for the 2010 season, which will see Mercer competing in more races than in seasons past.  .......................  CLICK HERE FOR MORE
